Title: Enterprise Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA
Applicant Requirements: United States Citizen. Hold an Active Top Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a polygraph.
Enterprise Wide Analysts must be strong troubleshooters who understand how to discover the root cause of a problem without a roadmap to get there. Our customers relies on these technicians to work some of the most complicated technical problems that are reported to our Service Desk as well as issues that trickle down from other technical support areas.
Enterprise Analyst Responsibilities:
Investigate and troubleshoot Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 level technical issues reported to ITSM queues, email and walkup utilizing available knowledge and approved remediation tools.
Dedicated to troubleshooting and finding the root cause of any issues related to special projects or deployment as assigned by management and provide specific information related to any fixes, known errors, or problems that occur into a knowledge database.
Perform deep-dive investigations and apply advanced troubleshooting and resolution of enterprise-wide issues, specific root causes, and report on technical information.
Contribute to the Knowledge Base system and maintain information within.
Ability to lift up to 15lbs and perform on-campus customer site visits.
Additional support responsibilities and duties to be assigned based on business need.
Enterprise Analyst Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one year consistent, high-volume (5,000 user/call-center) Service Desk experience.
A minimum of 2 plus years of configuration and troubleshooting experience with the following: Microsoft Windows 7, System Registry, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013, Active Directory, network/local printers, Internet Explorer 9 thru 11, Malware & Virus eradication, VPN connectivity and remote access.
Microsoft MCSE/MCSA/MCP or Equivalent or Microsoft Windows 7 Certifications.
Enterprise Analyst Qualifications (Preferred):
A minimum of one year consistent experience in domain/enterprise environment with 10,000 plus user base.
Understanding of applications and troubleshooting best practice.
A minimum of 3 plus years of configuration, advanced troubleshooting and error remediation for all of the following: Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Office 2013, network/local printers, Internet Explorer 9 thru 11, VPN connectivity, remote access, Java, Microsoft LYNC, Cisco Unified Communications, WebEx and Adobe Acrobat.
Enterprise Analyst Education and/or Certification Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Computer Science, related work experience or one or more of the following:
Microsoft MCSE/MCSA/MCP or Equivalent or Microsoft Windows 7 Certifications

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
