Aviation Energy Operations Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Support clients with developing and executing headquarters-level operational energy strategic plans. Apply technical expertise to aviation energy management and the advancement of operational energy via education, training, or culture change efforts. Foster cross-governmental relationships to develop and coordinate policy and guidance for operational energy education and training programs. Identify opportunities for modifications to current courses and assist with the development of revised curricula. Act as an interface between Air Force clients. Support multiple, regularly occurring meetings within the operational energy governance structure and assist with responding to operational energy-related tasks, as required. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with Air Force aviation operations and varying flights
Experience with interfacing and briefing mid- to senior-level military officers and government civilians
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and exhibit flexibility and adaptability
Ability to write high quality assessments and briefings for a senior-level audience
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
Experience as a pilot, navigator, or air battle manager preferred
Experience with Air Force education and training policies and procedures
Experience with education or training curriculum development
Experience with working in US Air Force or Major Command headquarters
Experience with Air Education and Training Command methodologies for training and curriculum development
Possession of excellent analytical, leadership, research, and interpersonal skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Secret clearance preferred
MA or MS degree a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
