This particular group within Deloitte Services LP provides support to the Federal industry. Position Summary Supports assigned Federal Contracts team with contracts administration functions as directed by leadership. Assists with the entry of routine contract data for contracts as assigned. Prepares ad-hoc analyses associated with internal and external contracts policy/regulations. Assists with communicating relevant contracts information to assigned teams.Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities 1. Understands data entry requirements associated with the department s IT tools and systems used for contract management and filing.3. Enters contract data into appropriate forms, databases, and systems related to their assigned department. Checks existence, accuracy, and completeness of electronic documents related to contract agreements. Manages to established data entry timelines4. Organizes, stores, and catalogs softcopy/hardcopy proposal/contract materials in accordance with stated policies and procedures.5. Participates in data audits and interacts with other administrators and managers to ensure entry is accurate and other enabling organizations to ensure data is understood.6. Interfaces with the appropriate resources to resolve data discrepancies.7. Conducts routine review of internal and external policies and regulations as directed that may affect the support to assigned team and communicate impacts to leadership. Required: 1 year or less work experienceExperience with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointStrong Communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAbility to work effectively and collaborate with teams Preferred: Demonstrated desire for continuous professional growthBachelor s Degree

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
