Position Requirements:
The Mission Analytics Senior Consultant will be a key advisor to the Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities Include:
+ Focused on understanding how to assist the client in transforming the way they manage and execute their mission.
+ Individual should be an expert that can help the client understand and evaluate the implications of integrating developmental and operational capabilities into operational IT architectures and enterprises using the client's Architecture Framework for operational and system architecture design and development.
+ Individual must be able to discern where capabilities developed by the client will be able to provide and accept data, information, materiel, and services to and from other systems, units, and forces and that they will effectively interoperate with other clients and coalition partners.
+ The position requires someone who is comfortable in a dynamic organization focused on supporting the rapid identification, prioritization, funding, development and fielding of prototype capabilities.
+ Practitioner efforts may include collection and analysis of qualitative performance data looking at processes and procedures.
+ Individual should be prepared to help the organization leverage internally archived and externally accessible data on acquisitions and capability performance.
+ Efforts may include application of automated and semi-automated techniques clean data from disparate databases, making it suitable for analysis; and loading into a structure suitable for the client problem and our tailored analytic approaches.
+ Individual will execute quantitative analysis of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Individual will likely contribute to the design and development of visualizations tailored to the advanced analytics and the client s decision problem.

+ TS/SCI Clearance
+ Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degree Preferred
+ 5 years of experience
Desired Skills:
+ IT expertise and domain mastery is paramount.
+ Exposure to rapid acquisition would be helpful.
+ Expertise with one or more of the following programming languages:
+ SQL; Python; R; VBA Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel as demonstrated by at minimum strong pivot table use and complex macros; some VBA is a plus but not required Familiarity / expertise on existing production centers would be very desirable Vis tools: Tableau; Qlikview; Spotfire; or html JavaScript

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
