HR Analyst (Mid-Level)

Provides program analysis, and project support to the Manpower Management Integrated Product Team. This position also manages the internal Human Resource information system which is used as a manpower database similar in content and intent as PeopleSoft.
Essential Job Functions:
Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through the HR staff.
Supports the creation and maintenance of IPT documentation required to manage personnel and tasks associated with each IPT.
F-35 JPO HR Analyst will support the Program Executive Office Staff develop and implement proram office re-organizations, and will support other IPTs broadly in a variety of human resource functions, including personnel description development, organization charts updating, manning documents, human resource reports, and meeting scheduling/support.
The HR analyst will support the Manpower Management Council (MMC), the executive level manpower management forum for the JPO responsible for reviewing and approving requests for new positions or realignment/re-classification of positions within the JPO and also reviews and approved Organizational Change Requests (OCR).
Support the establishment and tracking of performance measures for overall JSF manpower management.
Support the Human Resources Board (HRB), the senior-level manpower management forum for the JPO.
The HRB serves as a working group for the MMC and monitors active requisitions and inbound personnel. Produce formal minutes to all HRB meetings. Assist in administration of the Manpower Personnel System (MPS).RequirementsDue to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High School diploma/GED plus thirteen (13) years of experience.
A minimum five (5) years of total business process experience in either a DoD Weapon System Program Office or equivalent commercial setting.
Experience in developing and managing formal task management processes and toolsets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products to specifically include: Word, Power Point, Excel and Mail.
Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
Knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of DTS and MPS software systems.
Must have an Active Secret Security clearance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
