Primary Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions: Provide requisite support necessary for coordination and administration of the Royal Saudi Naval Force (RSNF) FMS program. Attend coordination meetings and provide briefings and financial analysis as required by the Contracting Officer?s Representative (COR). Track and coordinate maintenance of financial data collection concerning all expenditures associated with support of Saudi Naval Program Office and Assistant Defense Attach? for Naval Affairs (ADANA) offices. Acts as a focal point for coordinating all disciplines in the recommended financial and accounting automation solution. Minimum Skills/Certifications: At least 4 years of experience (8 years of experience in no BS/BA degree) in financial management with demonstrated ability to analyze and identify recommended solutions. Must be able to work with functional specialists, automation specialists, contractors, vendors, and customers to effectively automate the customer?s requirements into an automated application. Must be able to apply state-of-the-art applications that will effectively automate financial management applications in the most effective manner while adhering to the established accounting principles and practices. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
