About the Team:
Join our STG team working on SharePoint Architecture and development in the Program Management Office for our Department of State customer.
You must be a US citizen in order to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance.
About the Job:
Contribute to the architecture, design and configuration of our STG's clients internal SharePoint implementation. Identify business drivers and desired outcomes of the SharePoint implementation based on customer requirements, identify business process improvements made possible by SharePoint implementation; analyze dependencies, explore integration points, identify risks and concerns, document security and governance requirements, build a customized roadmap to SharePoint implementation and assist with ongoing maintenance and administration of existing sites. Identify web/platform and application requirements, design and deploy as requested.
Create SharePoint custom lists, forms, workflows and applications using SharePoint out-of-the-box features, InfoPath, Java Script, JQuery and client side development tools with SharePoint Web Services.
Maintain, upgrade and develop SharePoint Infrastructure which includes creating and modifying new and existing style sheets using HTML to foster page development, as well as assisting with configuration and implementation of specific sites. Develop and implement custom Site Templates, Content Types, Managed Metadata, Content Management, Retention policies, Records Management.
Develop and manage schedules that comply with a program's statement of objectives (SOO), work breakdown structure (WBS), or the contract statement of work (CSOW). Work with Department of State (DoS) management to establish and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Develop and manage a project or program schedule that will effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders. Leverage experience with logically linking tasks, resources, estimates, and budgets to allow critical path management (CPM) analysis. Publish the IMS to the SharePoint site for use by the DoS personnel and support clients at major program management reviews (PMR).
Work alongside designated personnel to identify/document customer requirements; uses technical expertise to translate business requirements into effective system requirements; identify potential business process improvements enabled by SharePoint; prototypes and demos recommended solutions for customers; identify site implementation risks and concerns.
Experience with site collection administration to include administrating site collection security, permissions and configuring site collection features; directs the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the Microsoft SharePoint infrastructure.
Provide status reports/content summaries to management as required
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA in Computer Science or directly related field (e.g., Information Technology, Information Science, etc)+ 7-10 years of related experience
5+ years experience with web page development, mostly in SharePoint
2+ years experience working in SharePoint 2010, its advanced features including client site development
1+ years of experience with managing enterprise or integrated schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong SharePoint 2010 development, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Administration, JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, InfoPath and CSS.
3+ year of experience with Critical Path Management (CPM) scheduling and planning.
Experience with performing schedule risk assessments
Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Primavera or other scheduling tools
Strong training and customer service skills
Architecture experience in tiered systems
Relational database implementation and integration
Internet architectures
Knowledge of MMM (Microsoft Search Server)
Clear written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-pace, multi-cultural environment with respect for all.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
