### Job Description
Primary functions will include: Develop project plan and direct team to successful completion of project. Serve as primary point of contact for a project which includes communicating project status and road blocks to onsite stakeholders, onsite leadership, and Military Health System (MHS) leadership. Take direction from onsite and MHS stakeholders to ensure project successfully meets goals. Perform tasks that encompass analysis of ancillary services, MHS supply chains, clinical service lines, and administrative services. Perform services in a variety of support services, clinical and other hospital locations, both CONUS and OCONUS. While the focus may be different from project-to-project, each task order will involve a scoping, diagnostic and implementation phase.
### Qualifications
Bachelors or postgraduate degree in industrial engineering, management engineering, systems engineering, or similar program from an accredited college or university.
Experience developing and implementing performance improvements, interfacing with clients, directing a project, and communicating with the project team and leadership.
Five (5) years of healthcare performance improvement experience with a Masters degree, or
Seven (7) years experience with they have Bachelors.
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt Certification, or comparable Process Improvement or Change Management certification/degree
Familiarity with Military Health System (MHS) culture and have the ability to, as required, synthesize best business practices to employ in support of the MHS.
Ability to, as required, synthesize best business practices to employ in support of the MHS.
Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and MS VISIO
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and teaming partners; excellent client relationship management skills
Experience creating project documentation and client deliverables
Ability to lead and facilitate client meetings, conference calls, and capture accurate meeting notes
Excellent analytical skills with strong critical thinking
Ability to think and act quickly and appropriately on-the-fly
Exceptional writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously and meet deadlines (project management and time management skills)
Experience with the DoD and federal processes is strongly preferred
Experience with delivering professional services to the federal government is preferred
Direct experience with strategic planning and internal business processes is preferred
U.S. Citizenship is required Must be able to obtain an Security Clearance

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
