Program Engineer (Mid-Level)

Job Summary
The Program Engineer has broad experience in structural engineering or materials science and has experience in directed energy research and technology development efforts.
Essential Functions
Communicate ? clearly and effectively ? complex issues verbally and in writing
Monitor and report on project activities and resources to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle
Perform a variety of duties concerned with assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of programs and operations
Be proficient in the use of commercial software packages such as Microsoft Office (in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and SharePoint
Education: Must have 5 years of experience with an MS degree in engineering, optics, physics or a related field or 10 years of experience with a BS degree in engineering, optics, physics or a related field.
Experience: Experience with direct government S&T experience is preferred and additional consideration will be given for advanced degrees in Engineering, Physics or a closely related field.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
