ECS Federal, LLC (ECS) is seeking a Mid level Program Analyst to work in our Crystal City, Virginia office.

Main reporting office is in Crystal City
Navy client located at Washington Navy Yard (local travel)
Occasional travel is required
Excellent spreadsheet skills are a must in compiling data from many sources in assembling large briefs with the objective of increasing this data processing efficiency (shorten cycle time). Provide analytical support to high profile program office (submarine construction) within a stellar performing EVMS team. Responsible for developing and coordinating quarterly progress financial presentations. Main function involves collecting shipbuilding performance related cost/financial data and composing various reports. Analysis is spreadsheet intensive which culminates into briefing products for the client. Dynamic environment requires collaborative interaction with multiple functional areas in producing frequent deliverables.
Must have: Excellent MS Excel spreadsheet skills working with performance metrics in an acquisition program office.
MS Excel skills must entail: developing complex spreadsheets, creating pivot tables, linking multiple sheets, creating graphs and tables, employing macros.
Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data sets into various formats, graphs, tables for presentations.
Streamline the data flow from analysis to presentation.
Employ spreadsheet modeling to improve data processing (shorten cycle time).
Financial cost analysis, EVMS experience in performing CPR (or IPMR) analysis, shipbuilding experience, effective client interface, planning and coordinating internal projects, DoD Acquisition, Gov't budgeting experience; WInsight EVMS application experience; MS Access; Advanced degree.
