The Deltek Application Technical Infrastructure Support role is responsible for the Deltek Costpoint Suite of tools to include Costpoint, IBM Cognos, TE/ESS, AppGRC and IBM Cognos TM1. Responsibilities also include the technical architecture that will run the Deltek ERP application as well as other applications that are used to support the business. This role will be responsible for working with the software vendors, application teams and AFS infrastructure team to design and build out the infrastructure needed for the long term support and stability of the identified applications. The role will require experience with the Deltek Costpoint ERP application suite.
You will perform both project and production support work. Project work involves implementing new Deltek finance applications, or enhancing or integrating existing applications to support finance business processes. Application support work involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with the Deltek Costpoint Suite which may include developing and implementing data scripts, managing application availability, and ensuring that the applications are performing as expected and meeting finance operational and strategic business needs.
Support AFS IT Process Areas/IT Process Framework
Input into the way IT provides support to AFS users by developing and implementing ITIL processes
Input into various Service Support and Delivery Processes
Create summary and detailed view of various activities, input and output between the activities and the other processes as well as the various roles involved to support the activity
Create detailed work instructions, high level summary guides, and training material

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
