Primary Functions are in
support of the Joint Strike Fighter program (JSF):
+ Telephony services,including VoIP services
+ Cisco UnifiedCommunications
+ Cisco VoIP phone stationsets
+ VMWare familiarity
+ PerformMoves/Adds/Changes
+ Cisco 3800 routers andCisco voice gateway configurations
+ Exchange UnifiedMessaging setup and maintenance
+ Licensing management andhosting
+ Cisco Unity voice mailsetup and maintenance
+ Document and maintainthe existing Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solutions
+ ADTRAN 5000 seriesaccess node
+ Strong familiarity withISDN PRI, POTS
+ Provide and serviceteleconferencing services as needed
+ Familiarity with UDP/IPVoIP related services and protocols (SIP, H.323)
+ Support COOP telephonyservices according to the COOP plan
+ Issue, manage, andservice the use of mobile computing devices. Evaluate and accept approvedrequests
+ Demonstrated hands-onexperience in VoIP Telephony transformation in a large scale productionenvironment
+ Minimum of ten (10)years industry experience in large scale IP Telephony architecture, design andimplementation encompassing all facets of IP Telephony
+ Knowledge of AutomaticCall Distribution (ACD) and call routing as pertains to Service Desk support
This position requires a
Bachelors degree with 10 years of related experience or 14 total years of
related experience. An IAT Level II certification is required. A grace period
of 60 days from hire may be granted if the selected candidate holds a current
IAT Level I certification. The minimum of an active interim Secret or Secret
level DoD security clearance is required.

Essential Functions
Work Environment:
Inside office
environment. Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers and
all levels of management (100%).
Physical Requirements:
Requires sitting for
extended periods of time at a desk (90%). Requires sitting at a computer
terminal for long periods of time (90%). There is a possibility that due to
parking availability and location of work area walking moderate to long
distances can sometimes be required. Must be able to lift and carry 15 lbs.
Equipment and Machines:
Requires ability to
operate a personal computer, a telephone, copier, and other general office
equipment (100%). Ability to conduct evaluation of third and fourth generation
or current state of the art computer hardware and software and its ability to
support specific requirements, interfacing with other equipment and systems.
Attendance is critical.
Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday through
Friday. Being prompt is important to provide continuous and on-going service to
customers. Attendance is important to maintain continuity of service. Work
outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one hour advance
Other Essential
Must be able to communicate
effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface with
individuals at all levels of the organization. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be
able to obtain unescorted access to work areas. Grooming and dress must be
appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the
employee or others.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
