Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services. Job Description The Mobilization Manager participates in solution architecture planning activities as well as service transition activities to ensure that the client organization is ready to follow new processes and use new tools when Accenture starts delivery of the outsourcing engagement. The scope of these transition activities may be multi-process and span multiple geographic areas. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, mobilization leads, and delivery leads to ensure successful service transition activities. Key Activities & Responsibilities (Mobilization):
Manage Service Transition program
Manage overall internal/external client relationships during various stages of the transition/mobilization/solution realization process
Support Mobilization Portfolio Leadership and Outsourcing Solution Architects on Deal Shape teams by creating response materials to Requests for Information and Request for Proposals
Estimate costs and develop work plans for a work streams and entire mobilization programs. Review these cost models and suggest changes, if necessary, in order to validate the cost and benefit of the Solution Blueprint
Provide support in the sales process around the capabilities of Service Transition and their value, represent Mobilization from a specific work stream and overall transition perspective
Manage the development and deployment of Transition and/or Mobilization deliverables.
Understand and advocate mobilization methodology and how to use them to drive continuous improvement
Lead a team, allocate resources & responsibilities and evaluate direct reports
Contribute to Mobilization capabilities to include method & asset development, knowledge capital harvesting and participation in a Mobilization committee
Lead/participate in global Outsourcing initiatives to improve and grow the practice
May be 100% for extended periods of time (3 months) Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years project program management experience
Minimum 2 years client service delivery or outsourcing experience
Minimum 1 years Sales process experience support Preferred Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
