Procurement Administrator - Deltek Costpoint Procurement SME
Our Global Supply Chain department has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator ? Deltek Procurement Module.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deltek Costpoint Procurement Module
Provide functional systems administration for Deltek Costpoint Procurement Module, and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the support of the Deltek environment;
Provide technical systems administration interface, which includes security, trouble-shooting issues, and interacting with internal users and Deltek Support;
Assist program project teams with project set up, workflow management, standard code set-up and system interfaces for transition projects in the Procurement Module;
Support the upgrades and patches to Deltek Costpoint Procurement Module;
Assist with configuring new functionality, testing, training and the rollout to production.
Procurement Management Support
Provide reporting support through Cost Point and a COGNOS reporting tool to support Procurement Management Metrics and Small Business Reporting;
Work with Buyers and Requestors to clean up open orders, review vouchers, identify discrepancies (PO, Period of Performance, receipt of goods) and follow up as necessary.
User's liaison and Training
Train users on the navigation and the general features of Deltek Costpoint, including the development of instructional material;
Collaborate and consult with end-users and colleagues to support these systems;
Serve as a liaison and provide hands on technical assistance requests coming from users (requisitions, project managers and buyers);
Train new users (Requesters, Receivers, project managers), request access, set up buyers in the system and keep track of training, dual roles and user access;
Vendor Maintenance
Assist in processing vendor maintenance requests in Costpoint (updates and new vendors) in a timely manner;
Follow the vendor due diligence process (vetting, and Ethics and Compliance if needed);
Gather and save vendor documentation (vendor maintenance form, W9 and email trails) to the Procurement Vendor Management Tool Share Point site;
The candidate will perform other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's degree is required; (can be waived with appropriate experience);
5-7 years of experience with Deltek Costpoint system administration experience;
Technical and business communications skills including written documentation and presentation preparation and delivery;
Strong analytical skills;
Training experience for software systems;
Candidates should be self-directed, highly-motivated, and flexible to perform in a changing and dynamic environment;
Experience in a government supply chain environment preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
