Marketing Intern

Overview of the Role:
Are you interested in an entrepreneurial opportunity at a high-growth and cutting edge healthcare company? Our marketing intern will have the opportunity to directly interact with and learn from a highly experienced team of startup entrepreneurs on physician and patient marketing. This internship is for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in the D.C. Metro area.
As an intern, you will...
Support the marketing coordination and onboarding process for new Privia Care Centers.
Coordinate Care Center and provider photo shoots for Privia branding and storytelling.
Work with vendors to maintain marketing collateral inventory.
Assist with the creation, editing, and printing of Business-to-Business and Business-to-Patient marketing materials.
"Wear many hats." You'll get the opportunity to touch all facets of a startup business ? from sending out mail campaigns, to managing marketing and branding inventory, data entry, to support.
Gain hands-on experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategy as Privia grows its network of physicians and patients.
Expand your knowledge of marketing and the healthcare industry.
Gain valuable experience in a startup environment.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program and maintaining a 3.0 GPA or above.
Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 30-40 hours preferred.
Tech savvy, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven experience managing competing priorities.
Ambitious, organized, and productive - you're an independent worker and can "hit the ground running."
Interest in entrepreneurship and healthcare, and willing to learn more.
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Hootsuite, Adobe Indesign, and Photoshop.
Preferred: Prior internship experience, intentions to maintain a long-term working relationship.
Compensation: Hourly Rate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
