ARIP Program Manager

ITA is currently recruiting for a Program Manager for our Army National Guard Readiness Improvement Program (ARIP) for our Arlington, VA location. This opportunity is contingent upon award of contract.
The Program Manager shall collect data from Regional Representatives and develop information papers and briefings that support the Individual Training Branch with staffing documents, meetings and coordinating ARIP activities in various states. Specific tasks include the following:
Provide analysis and input to assist ARNG-TRI in the development of a Readiness Strategic Plan and an Implementation Plan to encompass all ARNG States, Territories and Districts to increase DMOSQ/ PME/SSD qualifications.
Advise ARNG-TRI leadership of future force structure changes and MOS increases that will impact unit readiness, training seat availability, and future funding via written correspondence.
Submit Quarterly updates to ARNG-TRI.
Provide continuous data analysis and support related to DMOSQ/PME/SSD qualifications to ARNG-TRI.
Verify all applicants for Ranger/Parachutist training are assigned to qualified positions and provide detailed CMF analysis to ARNG-TRI leadership.
Provide recommendations to reduce the population of soldiers not currently scheduled for individual reclassification/PME training and to identify all soldiers and State populations that fit this capabilities gap. Analyze data from multiple data sources to increase accuracy of the qualifications.
Conduct trend analysis and provide recommendations related to improving individual training business processes, funding/seat utilization, and policy/procedures related to increasing DMOSQ/PME/SSD qualifications.
Evaluate the effectiveness of state training execution/support, efficiency of operations, and compliance with NGB regulations, guidelines and directives, and effectively finding new innovations to achieve improved DMOSQ/PME/SSD qualifications.
Provide recommendations to develop strategies which reduces the chronic Non-DMOSQ reclassification Soldier population; this strategy shall incorporate a tracking mechanism for all soldiers with 3 years or more of Non-DMOSQ status for action by the respective state.
Analyze, develop, and provide recommendations for crucial individual training issues and concerns from the 54 states and territories to be presented to Individual Training Branch for mitigation or resolution.
Prepare and submit to the COR monthly a report on progress, problems, funding, burn rate and corrective actions performed for each advisor.
Participate in weekly team/branch meetings and provide input on the current status of programs.
Provide coordination of ARNG Teams: NGB-TR (Training Division), NGB-HRP (Personnel Management division), NGB-GSS (Strength Maintenance Division), NGB RMC (Resources Division), NGB-HRM (Manpower Division), FORSCOM (G3), USARC (G7) (TASS School System Support), TRADOC, and any necessary partner to improve DMOSQ and PME/SSD readiness.
Prepare end of contract (closeout) report to include: Work performed, problems encountered, remaining resources, resolutions, and future direction.
Provide a trip report to the COR within 3 days of completion of any conference or workshop attended or conducted by ARIP team members.
Provide impact analysis to the DMOSQ/PME rates within the state and territories during their transformation process.
Provide states with information on updated policy and regulation changes to ensure changes are incorporated in a timely manner
Must have active US Government secret level security clearance
Working level knowledge of ARNG personnel and training policies/regulations and force structure
Fluent in Microsoft Office suite, i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point. Microsoft Access (desired)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
