Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Project Delivery Specialist/Engagement Coordinator to provide administrative support for multi-year USAID projects. Assignment and Background Information Deloitte's USAID account seeks a Project Delivery Specialist/Engagement Coordinator to provide administrative support to USAID-funded projects. This is a full-time position based in the Rosslyn, Virginia office. Primary Responsibilities include: 1) Financial Managementa. Perform a monthly update of the project budget and financial pipeline analysis - spent-to date, accruals and projectionsb. Prepare monthly/quarterly accrual reports and annual financial reportsc. Review subcontractor invoices and monitor obligation limitsd. Arrange and track payments for a large number of Deloitte s subcontractors and Independent Contractorse. Review Deloitte subcontractor and Independent Contractor invoices monthly for compliance with Accounts Payable, international tax, USAID, and other necessary requirementsf. Maintain a tracker of all the invoices on the projects, their status against the ceiling, payment progress, and issues and challengeg. Frequent communication with subcontractors and independent contractors in the field on payments, invoices, and contracting issuesh. Tracking of resident allowances and process Non-Standard Pay (NSP) approvals through Delteki. Process subcontractor/ICA invoices and coordinate timely paymentj. Manage and oversee a global imprest account 2) Procurementk. Prepare and submit all required forms and backup documentation for issuing Subcontracts, POs and ICAsl. Documenting the procurement processes with the all of the requested internal forms, approvals, and market researchm. Monitoring the procurement process internally at Deloitte to ensure contracting remains on track 3) Recruitment and Deploymentn. Coordinate expatriate deployment process, including preparing Assignment Letters, relocation logistics, and travel reservations 4) General Administrationo. Independence reviews and approvalsp. Filing and electronic record keeping (e.g. SharePoint)q. Assist with inventory and maintenance of Government Furnished EquipmentLevel of Effort and Timing The period of performance is from August 1, 2016 to September 30, 2019 Required: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Financial acumen and Excel skills Highly detail oriented Ability to work both independently Ability to multi-task Strong leadership/management skills and excellent interpersonal and written communication skill Previous experience working in international settings or geographically dispersed teams, preferred Strong candidates will possess a BA with a background in finance or accounting; or 2 years of experience with USAID and/or other Donor Community projects; or 2 years working for a State or Local government administrative unit.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
