Who You'll Be Working With:
Evolent Health is looking for a Technical Corporate Recruiter to lead our IT recruiting efforts for the company. This individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent Health's mission to be a leading destination for talent. As a full lifecycle recruiter, this recruiting lead will work closely with our internal IT leaders to help plan for current and future talent needs, research and source top technical talent, and drive hiring for the team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for IT business across Evolent Health
Meet regularly with IT leaders (including the CIO) to plan for hiring, update and adjust the plan, and discuss current progress against priorities.
Prioritize openings and allocate time and resources against needs accordingly
Work closely with IT leaders to identify and solve potential bottlenecks or challenges in the process
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and action plans in filling high priority roles
Encourage engagement with IT leaders to help drive positive outcomes for hiring efforts
Collaborate with IT leader in order to pipeline for future hiring needs and identify crucial skillsets
Engage with candidates throughout the process in order to create the ideal candidate experience
Utilize behavioral based interviewing techniques and help drive continued client adoption
Use and update our Applicant Tracking System - Jobvite ? for all activity
The Experience You Need (Required):
Three+ years of working in a high volume IT recruiting role, corporate experience preferred
Fluent in social recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Advanced web recruiting skills (Boolean search techniques, etc.)
Has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives in a quick-moving, dynamic environment
Willingness to think different and adapt quickly
Analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Understanding of the Health Care industry
Active member of Technical communities and meet-up groups
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
