What You'll Be Doing:
Responsibilities:
Support Chief Talent Officer and Talent Leadership team with a wide variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel coordination, expenses and project management.
Plan internal meetings by working closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure that schedules are aligned for all Evolent team members.
Own team agendas and work with Talent Leadership to ensure plans are executed against.
Communicate professionally and effectively with C-Suite level executives and their support staff.
Assist in the drafting of company and team communications.
Special project work to be assigned to help drive successful completion of Talent initiatives affecting the company.
The Experience You Need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A natural curiosity to learn and make things better.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, and work well under pressure in an entrepreneurial environment.
A positive thinker with an interest and enthusiasm for building a career in the Talent / HR space.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
