Provide support to the client with multiple functions for hiring actions in both field and HQ positions including analysis, plan and strategy development, marketing, ad placement, participation in & coordination of job fairs & other events, conduct outreach to recruitment sources & local community organizations, & report preparation. Fulfill sourcing, identifying, & qualifying talent to fill key roles within organization, working within applicant tracking systems to assess & report status of candidates, building a strong pipeline of talent while contributing toward a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills:
2+ years of professional experience with general core Human Capital skills to include: preparing briefings and reports, communications, meeting facilitation, problem-solving, team work, and basic analysis skills
Strong knowledge of overall recruiting, hiring, staffing, and promotion processes
Driving recruiting processes from end to end, understanding job profile well to pre-screen resumes, manage interview logistics, conduct interviews, providing solid feedback to hiring managers
Build relationships with managers & develop effective recruitment & branding strategies by studying organization plans/objectives & applying recruitment initiatives to daily operations, partnering with HR and management to develop position descriptions, profiles, & identifies competencies required for success
Converses with and asks questions of job applicants to select people meeting employer qualifications.
Checks employment applications and examines work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants.
Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants.
Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.
Develop sourcing strategy & source for candidates that includes attending job fairs; Prepare, update & maintain Recruiter's Guide for all positions including information on recruitment best practices & how to obtain recruiting materials
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client requirements and needs, including client training and knowledge transfer sessions as required
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Experience working independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks and able to manage ambiguity in a dynamic, task-oriented environment
Bachelor's Degree
Public Trust clearance or eligibility to acquire one is required
Ability to work remotely

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
