Executive Partner - Federal / Public Sector

An Executive Partner's major responsibilities are:
Manage aportfolio of 20 - 25 member relationships
Leveragesubject matter expertise to create service solutions for ExP members utilizingall EXP products
Define anddeliver innovative solutions by assessing member Mission Critical Priorities(MCPs) and developing a customized service plan
Conducton-site briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtablesand webinars
Present orfacilitate at local ExP events
Build astrong partnership with Gartner's Sales organization and collaborate with themto ensure member engagement and renewal of ExP business

In addition, successful candidates will have the following:
At least 5years of C-level technology executive experience, preferably combined withConsulting or Advisory experience, and / or has held multiple executive-levelroles
An in-depthunderstanding of the IT industry and the role of the CIO (including Leadership,IT Operations Management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.).
An in depthunderstanding of the business value of IT and the alignment of Business and ITstrategies
Advancedcritical thinking and problem solving skills
Hightolerance and an advanced ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
Excellent relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills
Superiorverbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills (Executive Presence)
Demonstrablesales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives
Expert skillsat managing multiple priorities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
