Work you'll do
As a Training professional within our HRT team for this client you will:
Develop/Implement training programs surrounding hiring processes, procedures & tools
Be responsible for developing curriculum/facilitating training classes & lead hands-on exercises on topics such as staffing/hiring systems, procedures/ protocols, & regulatory compliance for staff
Training shall provide sufficient knowledge to enable attendees to return to field locations & execute the full hiring process
Assist in design, development, implementation & maintenance of training materials in classroom & web-based environments
Reproduce training materials for dissemination to training attendees
Distribute/collect a training survey at end of each training session, consolidate training survey results, & provide a training summary report to client
Maintain training completion roster that will be used to determine employee eligibility to access certain systems
Coordinate training invitation process & collect the names of attendees, maintain training roster & tracking history (in Excel spreadsheet) showing who is scheduled to attend training, & who has actually attended training
Ensures training requirements meet regulatory & certification standards & align to agency initiatives & management directives
Supports development of training policies, programs, & schedules, based on knowledge of identified training needs, company production processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services
Organizes/develops training manuals, reference tools, testing & evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, & other educational materials

2+ years of training development and delivery experience
1+ years of experience in teaching adult learners
Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in HR environments
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development and training technologies
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
Highly computer literate with in-depth knowledge of MS office and web based systems
Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role, Public Trust clearance is required
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
