Program Analyst - Active Secret Clearance

Overview:
Provide direct on-site client support to the senior divisional leadership in the National Cybersecurity Assessment and Technical Services (NCATS) program at the Office of Cyber Security and Communications (CS&C) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
NCATS leverages existing "best in breed" cybersecurity assessment methodologies, commercial best practices and integration of threat intelligence that enable cybersecurity stakeholders with decision making/risk management guidance and recommendations.
NCATS provides full-scope Red Team/Penetration Testing capabilities through two primary programs: Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (RVA) and Cyber Hygiene.
This program focuses on proactive engagements with stakeholders to improve their cybersecurity posture, limit exposure, and reduce rates of exploitation.
NCATS security services are available at no-cost to stakeholders and can range from one day to two weeks depending on the security services required.
As NCATS builds out its cyber security offerings and grows its programs, additional program management support is required.
Seekning a Program Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
This program management analyst will provide a combination of analytical and program management support. Primary responsibilities include:
Assist the NCATS program in reporting on program progress and status.
Support the coordination of communications with stakeholders and management.
Support program management activities. Assemble, prepare, and analyze data for studies, project and program management, communication products, and related duties.
Work with senior staff and project managers to analyze and interpret the results of the data. Provide input and/or develop draft technical report or presentation with the results of the analysis.
Support development and standup of new programs. Review documentation for existing RVA and Cyber Hygiene programs.
Develop documentation for new programs including standard operating procedures and report templates.
Support and facilitate meetings by performing the following tasks: prepare presentation slide decks, talking points, maintain plan(s), maintain documentation and files, assist in the scheduling of events, take minutes as the event planner, provide monthly project status report(s), and oversee, track and report on the general status of program/project implementations.
Qualifications:
Years Of Experience:3-6 Years; Required Education:Bachelors; Desired Education:Masters
General Qualifications:
Understanding of program management principles and activities.
Experience developing program/task management documentation.
Self-motivated individual who can take the initiative to create solutions not just raise issues.
Candidates must have an attention to detail and understand that product quality is key to customer satisfaction.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
