Job Description:
CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Jr. Technical Writer located in Arlington, VA.
Under general supervision, researches, writes, edits, and proofreads technical data for use in documents or sections of
documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications. Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for
texts and illustrations or equivalent.
Based on direction from the technical publications manager or senior technical writer staff, organizes and prepares
specified publications including compilation and analysis of source material.
Coordinates of the editing, composition, production, and delivery in accordance with applicable specifications, standards,
and other requirements. Helps to establish guidelines and standards of graphics or text.
Coordinates of ancillary services and interdepartmental activities required for publication, preparation, and delivery.
Responsible for maintaining cost and schedule status information for each assigned project.
May serve as a focal point for problems and inquiries related to assigned projects.
Typically requires bachelor?s degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
