Associate Marketing Operations Analyst

Overview:
The Associate Marketing Operations Analyst (AMOA) role is a critical role to the success of the marketing and sales organizations. The AMOA will support the creation and optimization of our Marketing infrastructure, including inbound lead management, assisting with marketing automation and execution, and database management. The AMOA will set up campaigns, pre- and post- lead capture using available tools (Pardot, Outreach, and Salesforce) and assist in execution as needed. Additionally, this role will assist with testing and optimization of lead generation processes and data analysis. A successful AMOA feels comfortable running basic analysis and managing high volumes of data.
The Associate Marketing Operations Analyst will report to the Marketing Operations Manager and will work hand-in-hand with team members across the Sales & Marketing organizations, especially the inside sales (IS) team.
What We'll Expect:
Optimize lead management processes to minimize duplicative and unnecessary downstream efforts
Manage the processing and distribution of all leads from inbound channels
Support the continuous improvement of marketing campaign effectiveness to ensure delivery of high-quality leads to sales while minimizing list fatigue and opt-outs
Research and analyze marketing and sales operations processes to determine opportunities to generate additional sales qualified leads (SQLs)
Diagnose lead channel performance and provide findings and recommendations to management
Assist with ad hoc marketing requests; i.e. asset build (emails, landing pages, lead capture forms).
Act as liaison between all members of the marketing team - including designers and copywriters - to successfully execute marketing campaigns
Create process for categorizing and distributing email responses that are sent to the marketing department (e.g. connect@...com). Work with system administrators to streamline the process
Help analyze and segment the marketing database for effective campaign targeting; identify and implement database requirements, including creation of data enrichment programs, appropriate with evolving business needs
Keep current with the latest email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, CAN-SPAM laws, etc.
Work with marketing and sales leadership to create a follow-up process for leads/accounts associated with email responses; communicate follow-up procedures and inbound lead management processes to the IS team
Audit downstream adherence of the lead follow-up SLAs that sales owns. Analyze data and report findings to management.
Support sales with mass lead and/or task creation using data manipulation tools
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of previous work experience in marketing or sales
Ability to work within a rapidly changing environment, multi-task and prioritize workloads; attention to detail and ability to take initiative to achieve results, meet short deadlines and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to learn new business software
Previous experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
