The Strategic Capture Senior Manager role, supporting Defense Health is responsible to manage and close opportunities through the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities. Specific duties include: -Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. - Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. - Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. - Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. - Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility. - Manages large teams and/or work efforts within concentration area. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years successful sales experience as a Sales Capture Lead on $50M or larger government programs 7 years experience using formal sales capture processes 7 years experience with relevant Federal acquisition processes, procedures, and laws High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure Strong facilitation and communication skills ‚€“ both written and verbal Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities Bachelor‚€™s degree and/or equivalent experience Preferred Skills: 7 years project management experience 4 years Defense Health Agency expertise An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
