Provide executive-level support to the VP-Global Finance Operations and VP-Investor Relations and teams. Successful candidate will have experience and comfort level with interacting with senior leaders and executives, high energy level and proactive nature.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Serve as point of contact facilitating communication between team members, internal staff and external clients.
Coordinate travel for the teams, which may include reservations, obtaining visas, organizing transportation.
Manage calendars and assume logistical/administrative responsibility for coordinating internal and external meetings
Organize and schedule large events including high profile investor and board meetings (securing both on-site and off-site conference rooms, preparation and distribution of meeting materials, and other logistical considerations).
Prepare correspondence, memos, presentations and other confidential materials on an as-needed basis and maintain contact/distribution lists.
Work in system to approve POs, invoices, etc.
Expense account management
Catering meals as requested
Assist with special projects, as needed.
Qualifications:
10 years of administrative experience, including support of senior level leaders. The preferred candidate should have an executive presence, strong organizational skills, experience coordinating travel, experience managing expense reports and vendor invoices, proficiency in Word and Outlook and basic skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Foreign language skills desirable but not required.
Candidate must have demonstrated experience in event planning for large conferences. Also in setting up extensive travel arrangements, including organizing flights, lodging, and transportation for large groups and groups including senior level management.
Candidate must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and operate in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. Approach to work should be take-charge, proactive, and very detail-oriented. The candidate should also be able to effectively prioritize work and exercise mature judgment.
The candidate must: have excellent people skills, have a global mindset and ability to work across different cultures, be comfortable managing and working under deadlines, have the ability to communicate effectively, be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and be able to work individually and with a team. High energy level and proactive nature are extremely desirable.
Must be able to adjust hours occasionally for early morning meetings.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
