SharePoint Developer, Mid
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions. Work with clients, stakeholders, or the project manager to analyze business and enterprise requirements, applying knowledge of and expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. Work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions. Work in accordance with approved life cycle methodologies for the creation, design, and application of SharePoint technology into custom solutions and create design documents. Perform interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools and support content migrations, workflow development, solution deployments, and process management. Leverage Microsoft SharePoint technologies and resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation based on experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on experience and judgment to accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks related to the overall success of the program, and apply a wide degree of creativity in completing delegated tasks.

Qualifications:

years of experience in developing SharePoint solutions in SharePoint 2010, 2013, and SharePoint O365 and developing with SharePoint technologies, including building workflows using SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013
3
years of experience with SharePoint customization, including custom branding and navigation, configuring and administering search, configuring site collections, and designing security, content type development, and application design and security
3
years of experience with JavaScript development and Web development languages, including HTML and CSS
Experience with working on a software development team of project managers, developers, or architects and analyzing and communicating technical issues to a non-technical audience
Experience with the Agile development methodology
Knowledge of Knowledge Management and Information Architecture best practices
Ability to develop and design prototypes and mockups based on client requirements
Ability to identify user functional requirements and develop and maintain client relationships
Secret clearance
BA or BS degree required
Additional
Qualifications:
Experience with using RESTful operations with SharePoint
Experience with DoD systems and applications development in a DoD environment preferred
Experience with Photoshop or similar graphics editing capability preferred
Experience with developing responsive sites using Bootstrap, Foundation, or similar framework
Experience in developing with Angular, REACT, or similar framework
Possession of excellent listening skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
