SUMMARY OF POSITION The Role :
We are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to focus on developing and optimizing our clients' paid search accounts as part of larger media and marketing engagements.

A rock star with at least 2
year of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management and a deep understanding of paid search practices.
You have an experienced portfolio and love to craft paid search strategies to help clients meet greater business goals.
You're able to dive into existing accounts and find opportunities for improvement, and are a master of maximizing ROI via ongoing optimizations, and can clearly communicate those optimizations and results to a broad audience.
You're passionate about paid search and love finding new and innovative ways to leverage bid strategies, targeting tactics, keyword research, and ad copy testing, all to drive greater return on investment for clients and help them meet their marketing and business goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end paid search campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity through keyword research and analysis, campaign strategy, ad copy creation, bid management, CPA optimization, and landing page testing Work with cross-functional teams including other media specialists to plan, implement, and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives Proactively manage relationships with search engines (Google AdWords, Bing Ads; LinkedIn, Facebook, and/or Twitter advertising experience is a plus) Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Account Managers, Clients, and Media Team on positions, traffic, conversions and other metrics Analyze traffic trends and improve paid search performance based on the client's KPIs Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover optimization levers, enhance learning, and improve performance REQUIREMENTS:

years paid search marketing; agency environment a plus Advanced knowledge in search engine advertising, including Google and Bing Google Adwords certification a plus Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, average order size, etc.
Exceptional analytics, project management skills, writing and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience managing performance-based lead generation and experience with 3rd party bid optimization tools such as Kenshoo, Marin, DBM a plus R2i is an independent, full-service digital marketing agency with offices in Baltimore, Seattle, and Silicon Valley that creates digital solutions that connect and accelerate customer experiences to drive measurable impact for the clients we serve.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
