This System Engineer will support the Army General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) in the Sensitive Activities (GFEBS-SA) portfolio.
GFEBS-SA operates in a secure and classified environment and offers the functionality of GFEBS.
It will enable the final retirement of expensive and outdated legacy core financial systems, including the Standard Operations and Maintenance, Army Research and Development System (SOMARDS) and the Standard Finance Systems (STANFINS).
GFEBS-SA will integrate seamlessly with GFEBS and provide secure, web-based, real time data accessible to the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), and other Army classified, intelligence and special access program (SAP) activities.
The System Engineer will provide technical assessments of the System Integrator products.
Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

Communicate with key stakeholders including high-level military members and system users.
Work with G2 on classification and threat assessments.
Perform tasks to assist design and management of complex systems over multiple software lifecycles.
Support PM GFEBS and Portfolio Product/Project Managers in ensuring compliance with the GFEBS Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
Address issues such as requirements engineering, reliability, logistics, coordination of different teams, testing and evaluation, maintainability, and many other disciplines necessary for successful system development, design, and implementation.
This will also include updating and managing the processes outlined in the GFEBS Systems Engineering Plan Job Requirements:
Basic Qualifications Excellent computer skills and the ability to create high-value deliverables Strong customer service and consultation skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment Ability to maintain flexible work hours (work hours are consistent but occasional ad hoc requirements may necessitate flexible hours) Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Tools (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Visio, etc) Work as part of an integrated team with team members that are both locally and remotely located Specific Qualifications.
Experience and proficiency with ERPs, SAP experience preferred.
Experience and proficiency with SAP ERP Central Component (ECC).
Knowledge of software and coding to enable technical review of System Integrator products.
Understanding of High/Low side communications, system interfaces and security classifications.
Minimum Education:
10
years' experience preferred.
Master's Degree required.
Degree in IT related field preferred Security Clearance:
Secret or higher.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
