Nocturnist/Hospitalist

The George Washington Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, is seeking FULL TIME/PART TIME NOCTURNISTS AND HOSPITALISTS for its Division of Hospital Medicine at the United Medical Center, the only public hospital in the District of Columbia.
Hospitalists work alongside Advanced Practitioners in a seven on/seven off schedule, admitting and caring for general medicine patients.
There are ample opportunities to mold the existing structure of the Hospital Medicine Division developing Quality Improvement Projects and shaping the delivery of care at this institution.
These are non-tenure track appointment which will be made at a rank (Clinical Instructor, Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, and Clinical Professor) commensurate with experience and board certification.
Basic
Qualifications:
Applicants must be Board certified/eligible in General Internal Medicine, and licensed in the District of Columbia, at the time of appointment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
