Responsibilities This position is located in the Human Resources Division, Health Services Unit, Arlington, VA.
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
Oversees, manages, and leads programmatic initiatives and the daily operations and collaborates with office leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health Unit.
Advises the Chief of Health Services on activities and functions pertaining to the evaluation of work-related behavioral health issues, and psychological health programs and projects.
Performs direct service activities including diagnostic evaluation, and structured clinical interviewing.
Participates in peer review of clinical documentation and interventions to ensure highest clinical and ethical standards are itiates and prepares modification changes to contracts and prepares new statements of work and Government cost estimates.

Qualifications The basic requirement for this position requires satisfactory completion of all requirements for a doctoral degree (Ph.
D.
or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
This position has a positive education requirement.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants who are applying for positions at the GS-12 grade level and above, must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
GS-14:
Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level or pay band in the Federal service that includes performing the following duties:
serving as an authoritative source of information in the area of psychology; providing analysis of psychological health program components, initiatives, and processes to identify programmatic areas of strengths and weaknesses; assessing the mental health status of applicants and employees; and providing training on psychological testing, mental health therapies and petencies:
