ResponsibilitiesThese positions are located in the Office of Information Systems; Arlington, VA.
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
Administer and manages the development of high level software and business requirements in support of information technology (IT) software projects on an enterprise scale for major office or program issues of major significance and impact.
Applications and projects assigned at this level involve frequent interaction with customers and re-evaluation of resources and project timelines.
Monitor and track financial activities for agency-wide programs.
Develop detailed project documentation to support the organization's Agile software life cycle methodology and achieve requirements.
Provides expert advice and guidance to ensure the integration of IT programs and services, and develops solutions to integration/interoperability issues.
Plans and coordinates actions with interagency infrastructure protection groups to ensure an integrated response to problems of a potentially extensive nature.
Manages and coordinates contract administration activities for long-term, extensive technical service contracts.

QualificationsGS-13:
Must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 Federal grade level performing the following duties; developing IT applications that incorporate Agile software methodologies and project management principles; running a software development team in an enterprise environment; manage IT software projects on an enterprise scale that have a major impact on offices; applying Agile software methodologies to monitor and track progress during the software development cycle; providing expert advice and guidance on Agile software; identifying customer needs; and translating business needs into IT applications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
