As a Program Manager with RealStreet, you will be working on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Program for a mission critical customer.
Job Responsibilities The Program Manager position is based in Springfield, Virginia and will be responsible for overseeing programs providing multi-disciplinary engineering analysis and support in the design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse facility systems, and additional duties shall include:
Assisting in the planning, controlling and directing of staff and support personnel for one or more contracts Directly supporting the maintenance of the current base and developing and implementing new business strategies Providing administrative and technical leadership in the completion of multiple contracts, including responsibility for cost, schedule and overall performance Planning and procuring necessary staffing to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables Monitoring fulfillment of contract requirements to ensure quality and timeliness of services / deliverables to various customers Supervising, coordinating, providing leadership and reviewing the work of assigned staff and contracts Interfacing with customers on a regular basis Performing multi-disciplinary analysis of system designs to determine compliance with specifications and standards Directing the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel Job Requirements:
Specific qualifications for the Program Manager role include:
BS Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facility Management or a similar applicable discipline 15 years minimum program management job-related experience to include maintenance, fleet management, custodial, renovation construction, customer service and security with 10 of those years specifically managing a multi-million square foot facility with approximately 350 workers Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) or Facility Management certification Demonstrated experience with LEED-certified facilities Demonstrated experience with US Government facilities Must have experience with developing, maintaining and reporting facility and service metrics Must have experience with contract negotiations, modifications and other related contractual requirements Experience maintaining mission-critical infrastructure Must be a US Citizen Must possess and maintain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance or possess a TS with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI Ability to report to client site in Springfield, VA within one hour Benefits RealStreet offers a comprehensive benefit package which includes:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
