Sr Desktop Support Technician Location:
Onsiite in either Merrifield or Arlington, Virginia.
Assignment:
Long term conytract (possible to hire) MUST HAVE SECRET CLEARANCE The Technician will support the Federal law enforcement agency.
The selected individual will provide Tier 2 support for several domains and users at location; this will be deskside and remote support for users located at our classified facility.
Job functions to include but not limited to account management (create, modify, delete) through Active Directory, issue/maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) cards and perform as the Registration Authority (RA); image, install, troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and cables; perform email administration using exchange, printer / plotter installation and maintenance, troubleshoot thin client.
ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Secret security clearance required to start.
Must have working knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Suite, ie Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc.
Administration tools for Windows 7 and higher; Automated Help Desk Tools:
Microsoft System Center; Citrix desktop virtualization environment.

years experience in an IT desktop support environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
