YOUR POSITION WITH TNCThe Director of Business Delivery Services (Director) directs the activities and personnel for all aspects of an IT department consisting of one or more major IT areas, generally with multiple teams at the corporate level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe Director oversees and is accountable for the results and outcomes of an IT department.
They are responsible for directing all aspects of the department and for providing leadership of the work it performs in support of both ITs and TNCs priorities, goals and objectives.
The Director establishes a strategic vision for their areas of responsibility, identifies key challenges, develops and synthesizes a plan of action and delivers targeted results and outcomes.
The Director creates, designs and directs the delivery of technology solutions in support of ITs and TNCs organization-wide priorities, goals and objectives.
They are accountable for creating an environment where teams can be successful in achieving their established goals.
The Director makes strategic and tactical decisions and works collaboratively with the other senior and executive level leaders within IT and across TNC.
The Director supervises multiple direct reports and provides leadership to establish and maintain efficient and effective processes amongst their units in order to deliver desired results and outcomes.
The Director is responsible for the financial planning, budgeting and management of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPEBroad management and leadership of mid-to large size department generally comprised of multiple teams staffed by IT professionals.
This includes recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining high performers.
Provide information technology leadership.
This includes articulating the IT vision, strategies and roadmap and ensuring the departments staff understands and embraces their roles and responsibilities to achieve them.
Advocate for implementation of new tools and technologies to advance support of TNCs mission and Shared Conservation Agenda and increase efficiency, while continuing to support the maintenance of the current systems.
Develop annual priorities, objectives and goals for the department aligned with ITs and TNCs organization-wide priorities, goals and objectives and ensure that these are clear to teams in roles, goals and deliverables.
Creates, designs and directs the delivery of technology solutions in support of ITs and TNCs organization-wide priorities, goals and objectives in collaboration with other senior and executive level leaders and stakeholders.
Ensures adoption of established technology standards through collaboration with the Chief Enterprise Technology Architect and the Architecture Review Board.
Ensures that project management or solution delivery life cycle efforts and project architects specifically leverage all aspects of enterprise architecture.
Builds relationships with business stakeholders, understands the challenges and needs of the business, and provides strategic guidance and oversight to technical teams to meet the needs of the business effectively.
Possess an automate everything mindset, from Continuous Architecture based design to team collaboration.
Participate and/or direct negotiations for complex, high profile or sensitive agreements and/or statements of work.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CIOMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in computer science or related field and 10 years experience in Information Systems and/or IT operations or equivalent.
8 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering solutions within a complex environment, possessing expert-level skills in software development, deployment and support7 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with understanding and technical capability for building solutions aligned with IT vision, strategies and roadmapExperience with AWS and/or Azure private/public/hybrid cloud model design, implementation, orchestration, and support.
Experience in building services in IaaS/PaaS/SaaS in Cloud environmentsExperience delivering key initiatives, such as technology migrations, new product launches, deployment of business applications, and reducing costs and inefficienciesStrong experience in developing, integrating and implementing new technologies and platforms with legacy systems.
Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban supporting Agile efforts as well as knowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices.
Experience with written, visual, and oral communication skills, ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with key business partners, including senior executivesExperience managing annual budget planning activities and managing to establish budgets.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred but not required:
MBA, MCS or similar field of education.

Expert knowledge of current and evolving trends in the field of IT.
Strong leadership skills with a bias towards Servant Leadership.

Experience driving discussions with senior management regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
Ability to foster an environment of creativity and professional growth.
Proven ability to leverage IT alliances and networks to achieve TNCs overall mission and to enhance TNCs position/standing with external constituents.
Solid understanding of security practices through all phases of the application development life cycle.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferably Moodle and/or Totara Learn and familiarity with a range of online/blended learning methodologies, standards and formats that can be set up, managed and maintained using an LMS.
The ability to work effectively with ambiguity and create solutions to complex problems with a strong results orientation.
Ability to make and own tough decisions that may go against others opinions but are in the best interest of employees and TNC.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
