NO-03:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties:
(1) Developing, interpreting, and presenting of budgetary policies and practices in support of the organizations plans, programs, activities, and regulations; (2) Reviewing and evaluating civilian payroll / manpower budget requests; (3) Controlling and reporting of all expenditures; (4) Recommending plans to be most cost efficient with civilian payroll / manpower; and (5) Advising on effective and efficient methods for the use of funds to support the organization's programs. NO-04 (Full Performance Level):

(1) Overseeing, analyzing, and approving the development of budgetary policies and practices in support of the organizations plans, programs, activities, and regulations; (2) Developing and implementing cost efficient plans for civilian payroll / manpower; (3) Allocating and approving expenditures; and (4) Developing, implementing, and presenting more effective and efficient methods for the use of funds to support the organization's programs. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
