Executive Assistant, Amazonian Experience and Technology

Amazon is seeking an exceptionally bright, organized and self-motivated individual to support the Amazonian Experience & Technology (AET) team in Human Resources.
AET is responsible for the global oversight of numerous HR technologies, Employee Services, and Time & Attendance.
By supporting this team, you are helping to ensure Amazon employees are doing meaningful work by removing barriers, fixing defects, and enabling self-service.
This is a unique global role that supports two VPs in partnership with the lead EA for AET.
A typical day for you includes coordinating and planning a variety of meetings with senior leaders located in multiple time zones along with creating agenda items, gathering data and aggregating confidential information for presentation.
You will track important team deliverables and work with teams to produce the requested response.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete tasks with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and demonstrate diplomacy and friendliness when engaging with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
You will be an experienced planner with the ability to respond effectively while maintaining flexibility.
You must be able to work successfully in a team environment.
This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to coordinate and plan across multiple time zones, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across our global team.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Be a seamless extension of the lead EA and work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to manage complex, executive-level calendars.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel including preparing travel/meeting agendas and coordinating short term business travel visa/work permits.
Prioritize and handle multiple projects at any given time.
Manage expense report coordination and submission.
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, All-Hands meetings, off-sites, lunches, and team social events).
Build processes to drive efficiency in planning, reporting, and communication within the team, and track completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items.
React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations.
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting, and other EAs to provide support to the organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
