We are currently seeking a Management Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
The Management Analyst will primarily be responsible for technical writing and scribing at various meetings.
The candidate will support project-planning activities across multiple task areas within the client s Program Management Office (PMO).
The candidate will work closely with the NTT Program Manager and government leads to support project scheduling, project planning and monitoring activities, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and other related project management activities.
Required
Experience:
- Assisting with business analysis activities in support of varying tasks.
- Proficient in meeting facilitation
- Supporting the development of associated meeting materials such as meeting agenda, briefings, meeting minutes, and tracking meeting attendees and actions.
- Possesses excellent written communication skill, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Performing document quality management and peer reviews
- Assisting with monitoring, tracking and reporting project progress, milestones and deliverables
- Assisting in the development of high quality PMO artifacts such as high-level business and functional requirements document, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Epic Diagrams, User Stories, Business Process workflows, big picture diagrams, gap analysis documents, power point briefings, organization assessment reports, status reports and other artifacts as required.
- Assisting in maintaining and monitoring Master Schedules
- Supporting management level project and program reviews.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of demonstrated Administrative / scribing experience
- 4
years of general IT experience - Bachelor s Degree (BS/BA in Information Systems, Business, or other technology)
Must have an Active Secret clearance

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
