Technical Account ManagerThe D&B Public Sector Technical Account Manager provides technical support in partnership with Solutions Engineers, Client Directors, and Program Managers to offer post-sales technical, product, and development support to D&B's Public Sector clients.
The Technical Account Manager's role is to ensure the timely delivery of custom solutions in line with customer requirements and help Public Sector clients drive value from D&B solutions to support their missions.
A typical day for the Technical Account Manager might include configuring completing data engineering activities for a customer deliverable, configuring resources in AWS, troubleshooting customer issues in collaboration with product support, solutions engineers, and other public sector team members, or working with the sales team to support the development of POCs or other demonstrations of D&B content.
ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Account Manager applies technical expertise to support D&B solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
The Technical Account Manager builds best-in-class solutions using modern platforms and technology to customer specifications using D&B target state architecture.
The Technical Account Manager ensures timely responses to client issues to minimize service interruptions and maximize value.
The Technical Account Manager participates in customer discovery discussions to understand business requirements necessary for the formulation of optimal solutions with solutions engineers.
The Technical Account Manager works with the account teams to migrate customers from legacy products to new modern platformsThe Technical Account Manager meets with customers to clearly and concisely articulate technical issues, their causes, and resolutions.
The Technical Account Manager establishes relationships with customers serving as the technical liaison for post-sales support.
The Technical Account Manager follows industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and shares that knowledge with customersThe Technical Account Manager leads internal cross-functional teams to obtain required approvals of non-standard designs for customersThe Technical Account Manager works with solutions engineers to design solutions that are compliant with D&B legal, privacy, technology, and security standards.
Key RequirementsBachelor's Degree (BS/BA) required, Masters Preferred At least 7-10
years of relevant experience as a Technical Account Manager or Developer including end to end systems architecture, integration and consulting for business and IT planningExperience working with relational databases or raw data especially using SQL, Python, Java, is required, experience with graph databases is preferred.
Understanding of big data technologies such as AI/ML, NLP, RPA and others is highly desired.
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, ERP's, Master Data and Master Data Management is highly desiredWell-versed in data integration technology, especially with services-oriented architectures (SOA), Web Services standards, enterprise messaging, and third-party application integration through APIs.
Experience developing and deploying cloud architectures, especially AWS, required.
In-depth knowledge and/or experience with D&B data and integration technologies a plusSoftware development life-cycle experience in the implementation of successful systems integration projects preferredThe Technical Account Manager is a remote based position, BUT the candidate must live in the Washington DC Metro Area based on customer needs.
MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE AND HOLD A US GOVERNMENT CLEARANCE AT TIME OF HIRE.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
