Amazon Physical Stores team is seeking a highly motivated individual with analytical skills and program management experience to join our supply chain execution team.
As a member of the Supply Chain team, you will play an integral part in stores' inventory on-time delivery by successfully partnering with various internal teams as well as external suppliers to support business initiatives.
It is important to have an owner mentality, entrepreneurial drive, and proven ability take ownership and influence others while building scalable solutions for growth.
A successful candidate knows and loves working with business intelligence tools, is comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and enthusiastic about collaborating with the business to deliver results.
You must be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail.
The candidate also has the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and ever-changing environment, coupled with a strong technical skill set, taking a data-driven approach to solve complex problems across our inbound supply chain.
The position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization.
Written and verbal communication skills are necessary in order to define high-level business requirements for building or improving software systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Creates the network distribution and transportation strategy.
Owns ship cost and speed as well as on-time delivery.
Drives cross-functional strategic initiatives to continuously improve cost structure and customer experience of the supply chain.
Performs complex analysis to identify business opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Drives global standardization of network configuration, businesses processes, and reporting with product, finance, operations, and supply chain stakeholders.
Drives cross-functional projects to support new strategic initiatives and business opportunities for the organization.
Establishes strong relationships with internal and external strategic providers.
Escalates challenges or variances in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, following through to resolution.
Drives standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team.
Supports the expansion of the network, new locations from analyzing where we expand to how fast.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
