Aerostar Technical Solutions is looking for a talented and experienced software engineer to enhance and maintain our next-generation radar systems.
Aerostar's customers include commercial entities, NASA, and the Department of Defense.
Essential Functions C+
application development and maintenance Performance analysis and algorithm optimization Hardware and software integration and testing/validation Software life-cycle management, including identifying requirements, architectural design, and schedule planning Participate in code and milestone reviews Education/Experience Bachelor's degree with 8
years experience OR Master's degree with 6
years experience OR PHD with 3
years experience OR Equivalent experience and expertise Required Qualifications Demonstrable experience and proficiency with object-oriented C+
design and development Skilled at working in a Linux environment Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash and Python Familiarity with the GNU Compiler Collection Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to government classified information (active clearance not required) Desired Qualifications Additional familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Vue.
js, Node.
js, Yocto, Docker, GitLab, and Jira all a plus EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
